James L. Hall

of Chelsea, Michigan, formerly of Adrian & Ann Arbor. Age 77, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019 at at Chelsea Retirement Community. He was born June 4, 1941 in Monroe, Michigan, the son of James W. & Dolly (McKinney) Hall.

James was a Journeyman sheet metal fabricator at U of M, a teacher at WCC, and owned a heating sheet metal company. He had been the building maintenance supervisor at multiple companies. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, and enjoyed long Sunday drives and time with his family.

Survivors include two sons, James (Leah) Hall of Chelsea, John (Mary Priya) of Dexter; a daughter, Christine Maier; a brother George F. Hall; and 3 grandchildren, Zachary Schneider, Rebecca Hall, and Luke Hall.

Margaret L. Kuhl

Age 92, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Chelsea. She was born January 17, 1926 in Chelsea, Michigan, the daughter of Ezra A. & Martha M. (Hashley) Feldkamp.

Margaret worked for Rockwell International for 38 years. She was an occupational nurse, retiring in 1988. Margaret volunteered at Chelsea Community Hospital/ St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea in various areas for 29 years. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Chelsea. Margaret enjoyed traveling, and she drove, cruised and flew in Europe, the Caribbean, and the U.S.

Robert Earl Sharpe Jr.

Robert Sharpe Jr. of Parma, MI, Age 70, died Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo. He was born August 11, 1948 in Albion, MI, the son of Robert E. & Mary (Lawrence) Sharpe, Sr. Bob is survived by his two sons, Larry (Veronica) Sharpe and Ronald Face; 9 grandchildren, Amber, Lorna, Tayt, Cary (Sarah),Jake, Cameron, Brandon, Kaitlyn, and Quincie; 4 great-grandchildren, Evelyn, Macee, Hazel and Theo; 3 sisters, Gloria Sharpe, Lena Combs, and Marian Hagerman; 1 brother, William (Beulah) Sharpe; and many nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Mary Sharpe and Robert Sharpe Sr. and a brother, Lloyd Sharpe.

Chris (Harbert) Hassett

of Chelsea, Michigan, age 15, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 5, 2019. He was born April 23, 2003 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the son of James & Tina Marie (Hassett) Harbert.

Chris had been homeschooled, and was a Sophomore at Chelsea High School. He was a member of Eventually (Suicide Prevention Group). Chris loved computers, game programming, and posting to YouTube. He attended the Chelsea Free Methodist Church.

Clifford Albert Tracy Sr.

of Manchester, MI, age 81, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018. He was born March 3, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Clifford Joseph & Mary Louise (Bernier) Tracy.

Clifford graduated from Salesian High School, and Lawrence Tech, both in Detroit. Clifford worked for Michigan Bell for 20 years. He was a member of the Michigan Auctioneers Association. Clifford was a member at St. Mary Catholic Church of Manchester, where he ushered for 40 years. He then attended St. Mary Catholic Church of Chelsea, where he ushered for 15 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Manchester for over 40 years. Clifford enjoyed golfing and playing cards, and was a member of the Manchester Sportsman Club.
