Ron was a very good man and will be missed. My favorite memory of his is when he played trumpet at my wedding. My husband and I were married at Fort Wayne, Detroit, and we just knew that we needed brass at our ceremony. Ron stepped up and it was a memorable part of our special day!

We grew to so appreciate, and love Ron who played the bugle at our Wedding in October of 2023. Ron played the taps at the ceremonies for the Washtenaw Honor guards. This is where we first grew to know Ron.
He will be truly missed. Gods peace and our sincere
sympathy to all the Family.

I loved Mr Harris and his wife too! They were both such kind and gentle people. Great neighbors to have around the corner growing up in Chelsea and wonderful music teachers as well! Sending love and healing prayers to the family.

I remember his greeting to his class everyday, "Hello Class." And we were expected to respond, "Hello Mr. Harris." I was saddened to hear this news, "Farewell Mr. Harris."
