Obituaries

Age 66, died Tuesday, September 12, 2023 unexpectedly at his home. Alexander was born August 1, 1957 in Lansing, Michigan, the son of Stanley and Mary (Bilak) Czinski.

Al was a graduate of Huron High School. During his working life, he worked as a warehouse supervisor for Hutzel Plumbing and Heating before his retirement. “Big Al” loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, traveling the world with Barbara, and visiting family.

Alexander is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Barbara Logie. He is also survived by his brother, Joseph (Maxine) Kubik of Deckerville; brothers-in-law, Andrew Schwab of Ypsilanti, Frank Logie of Ann Arbor, and Steve Logie of Brighton; niece, Jennifer (Rob) Williams; three nephews, Joseph Kubik Jr., Anthony (Megan Loding) Kubik, and Corey (Samantha) Kubik; along with several great-nieces, great-nephews, and family in Scotland. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Maryann Schwab.

Private services will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Cole Funeral Chapel in Chelsea. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Huron Valley.

So sorry to hear Al and I had some fun times. We lived together in our younger years. Al always called me Earl it was a inside joke between us. Prayers for you Barb as he will be missed .

Barb, My heart goes out to you. Al and I met 35 years ago when we worked together. He had a heart of gold as he was always so thoughtful and caring. Was the coolest as they come. Always had time to talk to me and we would laugh. He was super funny and full of life. He always called me petey. Definitely one of a kind and will be missed. RIP AL

Sad to hear this he was too young. My sincere condolences to Barb and the family. He will be missed. I loved sharing laughter and good times with Al I’ll never forget finding him in the casino we had some great memories.
