Carol Marie Brock
of Pleasant Lake, MI, formerly of Chelsea, age 78, died Sunday, February 27, 2022, at her son's home in Pleasant Lake. She was born October 3, 1943, in Croswell, MI, the daughter of Charles Henry & Thelma Della (Clement) Gentinne.
Carol grew up in Dearborn, and taught Home Economics at Corunna High School. After the death of her husband, Bob, she went back to school to study occupational therapy at Eastern Michigan University while raising four boys. She worked as an occupational therapist at Chelsea Community Hospital for many years before retiring. Carol was a warm person with a friendly smile for everyone. She was a volunteer who put her heart into everything she did. Carol was active in Chelsea MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers), organized Red Cross blood drives, taught Sunday school and volunteered at Chelsea First United Methodist Church. Carol loved taking family vacations with her sons and their families, and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Suzanne Louise Cutler
Suzanne Louise Cutler - generous and loving wife, mother, grandmother “Grandmere”, sister, friend and legendary hostess left this world on February 27, 2022, at age 81 after a brief battle with cancer.
Born in Staten Island, NY to Dominick and Liliane Prato and the eldest of four close-knit children, Suzanne went on to work for the Wall Street law firm of Cahill Gordon where she met her husband Douglas Eugene Cutler (deceased). Later Doug took a position at Ford Motor Company, and they moved their growing family to Dearborn, MI.
In Dearborn, Suzanne raised their four sons, embraced her new community and quickly developed a reputation for her skills in the kitchen. She was a true artist.
Peggy A. Giardello
age 74, passed away on February 23, 2022, at Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital in Chelsea, MI. She was born in Wheeling, WV on November 24, 1947, to Julian and Ethel Carter, and was raised in St. Clairsville, OH. In 1978, she married Joseph A. Giardello, and they lived for years in Martin's Ferry, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Joe, sister Patti Meyers, and stepson W. Paul Giardello.
Family was important to Peggy. She had a special relationship with her son, Julian Giardello, daughter-in-law Katie, and grandsons, Luca and Nico. Other family she leaves behind include her daughters Debbie (Bill) Makris and Bonnie (Jamie) Richards; stepson, Joe Giardello; grandchildren, Joshua Richards, Bobby (Stephanie) Tweedlie, James Richards, and Cheryl (Brad) Burch; and 5 great-grandchildren.
