Uncle Frank was one of a kind. Always teasing, and with a twinkle in his eye. But you knew you could count on him. He will not be forgotten.

HIs kindness, compassion, loyalty and sense of humor will live on in my heart as long as I breath. A friend everyone dreams of having in their life time. I, along with an entire neighborhood, will miss him.
