Of Grand Rapids, Michigan, formerly of Chelsea, age 79, died Thursday, August 6, 2015 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was born May 11, 1936 in Salyersville, Kentucky, the daughter of Amos & Frances (Bailey) Auxier. Bobbie was a member of Faith Baptist church for many years. She also attended Dexter Gospel for several years.
On Jan. 13, 1956, she married John Henry Aldrich, and he preceded her in death on Sept. 3, 1988. Survivors include two sons, Robert Aldrich of Homer, MI, Kenny Aldrich of Catlettsburg, KY; one daughter, Mrs. Joe (Kathy) Armbruster of Monroe, OH; and many grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, August 10, 11:00 a.m. at Cole Funeral Chapel, Chelsea, with Pastor Edgar “Pete” Miller officiating. Burial followed at Oak Grove Cemetery, Chelsea. The family received friends at the funeral home Sunday 1-5 p.m.
