Joyce Ann Boltz of Chelsea, Michigan, formerly of Tulsa, Oklahoma, age 93, passed away Monday, January 5, 2026, at the Chelsea Retirement Community in Glazier Commons. She was born August 9, 1932, in Lansing, Michigan, the daughter of Kenneth & Gertrude I. (Graham) Graham.
Joyce was a member of the Chelsea First United Methodist Church. She worked as a farmer's wife, a seamstress, office manager and a financial secretary at the Boston Avenue United Methodist Church. Joyce also did wallpapering and was a volunteer at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She married George “Logan” Boltz on September 11, 1977, and he preceded her in death on March 17, 2017. Joyce is survived by her sons, Randy Frost of Munith, and Roger (Jodi) Frost of Fowlerville; daughters, Susan (Dr. Paul) Frost Bloom of South Lyon, and Colleen Frost Owens of Belleville; 9 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her older brother, Roland Graham; younger brother, Larry Graham; and grandson, Randy Frost, Jr.
No public services will be planned. Burial will be at Woodland Cemetery in Jackson. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chelsea First United Methodist Church.
