of Chelsea, Michigan, formerly of Adrian & Ann Arbor. Age 77, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019 at at Chelsea Retirement Community. He was born June 4, 1941 in Monroe, Michigan, the son of James W. & Dolly (McKinney) Hall.
James was a Journeyman sheet metal fabricator at U of M, a teacher at WCC, and owned a heating sheet metal company. He had been the building maintenance supervisor at multiple companies. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, and enjoyed long Sunday drives and time with his family.
Survivors include two sons, James (Leah) Hall of Chelsea, John (Mary Priya) of Dexter; a daughter, Christine Maier; a brother George F. Hall; and 3 grandchildren, Zachary Schneider, Rebecca Hall, and Luke Hall.
A private celebration of life will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Mooseheart, 155 S International Drive, Mooseheart, IL 60539; or the grandchildren’s college fund (checks to John Hall). Arrangements were entrusted to Cole Funeral Chapel in Chelsea.
