of Kalamazoo, Michigan, formerly of Southfield, Michigan, age 49, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at his home. He was born November 2, 1968 in Livonia, Michigan, the son of Harold L. & Susan C. (Wilson) Mullens. Michael graduated from Southfield High School in 1986. He served in the US Army. Michael worked at entertainment clubs, doing everything from security to management. He was a body builder, going to Gold Gym in Kalamazoo often. Michael enjoyed his time with friends.
Survivors include his mother and father of Napoleon; his sister, Michele Mullens (Greg DeGraff) of Chelsea; and their 4 children, Douglas Zygner, Maxie, Luke, and Noah DeGraff.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 19, 11:00 am at Cole Funeral Chapel in Chelsea. The family will receive friends Sunday 1-3 and 4:30-6 pm and Monday 10-11 am. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
