on June 29, 2017, Hager “Jack” Sizemore, Jr. of Dexter, Michigan passed away at home, following an extended illness.  Jack was born January 29, 1956 to Alma Bailey and Hager Jack Sizemore, Sr., both of whom preceded him in death along with his brother Jeffrey Sizemore.  He is survived by his wife Merlene of 34 years; three daughters, Martha (Brent) Fordyce, Angela (Stacey) Reynolds,  Teresa (Donald) Oesterle; four sisters, Lisa (Craig) Carr, Kathy (Damien) Lucas, Teresa (Donal) Howard, Jill Sizemore; his step-father Harold Arnett; and step-mother Lorraine Sizemore.  Jack is also survived by four grandchildren, Sherri Reynolds, Cory Reynolds, Krystle (Roland) Campbell, Joshua (Jenny) Fordyce; and several other extended family members.

Jack worked at Madison Electric Company of Ann Arbor for more than 30 years.  He loved to joke, was an animal lover and over the years enjoyed biking, camping, woodwork and taking pictures with his drone. Jack spent his final days surrounded with the love and support of his family.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 3, 11 am at Cole Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Fred Slagle officiating.  Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Manchester.  The family will receive friends Sunday, 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm at Cole Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to The American Cancer Society, https://www.cancer.org,  or the Humane Society of Huron Valley, http://www.hshv.org.
