Age 71, died Friday, March 4, 2016 at her home. She was born May 15, 1944 in Chelsea, the daughter of Verl & Pearl Flossie (Skinner) Fouty.
Inez worked at the Chelsea Methodist Home for several years, then worked for Chelsea Milling (Jiffy Mix), retiring in 2007. She attended Chelsea High School. Inez loved all sports, especially NASCAR and Michigan Football. She enjoyed bingo, slot machines, bowling, and fishing trips up North.
Survivors include her husband, Rickey P. Bunton; a son, Jeff Fouty; step-daughters Angelia (Rob) Gregory, Laurie (Donald) Van Buren; and a sister, Gloria Logan; a sister-in-law, Delores Fouty; 3 grandchildren, Kristin Fouty, Autsin Fouty, Ashley Bunton; 2 great-grandchildren, Braylen & Peyton Bunton; and her favorite companion, Ginger She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bonnie, a grandson, Logan, brothers, Alva, Wallace, Gordon, Richard, Norman; and her parents, Verl & Pearl.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 9, 10:00 am at Cole Funeral Chapel, Chelsea. Burial followed at Griffith Cemetery in Eaton Rapids. The family received friends Tuesday 3-7 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Huron Valley Humane Society, 3100 Cherry Hill Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
