of Chelsea age 90, died Friday, April 17, 2015 at her home. She was born May 3, 1924 in Chelsea, the daughter of Julius L. & Alma K. (Eschelbach) Eisele. Marian was a Chelsea High School Graduate class of 1942. She served in WAVES during WWII. Marian worked for John Keusch and Pete Flintoft for many years. She was a lifetime member of St. Paul United Church of Christ.
She met John C. Pierson in the service and they were married on December 7, 1945 in San Diego. He preceded her in death on July 22, 2007. Survivors include a brother Eldean Eisele of Chelsea;
her God-children, Jeanine Frey and Brian Arnett; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service was held Friday, April 24, 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Chelsea with Pastor Jim Coyl officiating. The family received friends Friday at the church from 10-11 a.m. A private burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Chelsea, Michigan. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul United Church of Christ. Arrangements by Cole Funeral Chapel.
