Age 99, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at the Chelsea Retirement Community. She was born March 2, 1924 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Warren and Alma Mae (Lupher) Huntsinger. Raised on a farm in the Belleville area, she was one of the original “Rosie the Riveters” before enlisting in the Navy during WWII. There she met Stephen Toth to whom she was married until his death October 29, 1985. Together, they raised 7 children, the first four all born in different states as Steve was transferred from base to base in the Army.
Survivors include children: Katherine Hay (John) of Grass Lake, Mi, Gayle Fill (John-deceased) of Chelsea, MI, Theodore Toth (Trish) of Hamburg, MI, Lori Hendricks (Dan) of Grand Saline, Texas, and Gary Toth (Janet) of Lake Stevens, WA. One beloved sister: Edith Welt of Gladwin, MI and daughter-in-law Susan Toth of Grass Lake, MI. 
She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
No public services are planned. Burial will be at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan.
