In the last years of her life, she enjoyed spending time outdoors, traveling on new adventures with her son's family, and cheering on her grandsons' hockey teams.

Cremation has already occurred, and a private burial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family recommends contributions to the Humane Society of Huron Valley to honor Peggy's love of animals. Memorial donations can be made at https://www.hshv.org/give/donate/. Arrangements were entrusted to Cole Funeral Chapel in Chelsea.
